COVID-19 UPDATES

It has been a difficult time for all of us, now it is time to start again, to resume our lives and reorganize what we enjoy most: TRAVEL. To do this, we are carefully following the guidelines of the government and the National Institute of Health to ensure that our guests and employees are as safe as possible regarding the COVID-19 virus.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

All "Flexible" and "Non-Refundable" individual reservations can be changed or converted into vouchers* without additional cost surcharges until June 30, 2020.

For customers who make new reservations for any future arrival date, even in the case of Non-Refundable fares, until June 30, 2020, a change or substitution of voucher reservation* will be allowed.
Please note: These terms do not apply to travel related to a group reservation. Guests with reservations within a group booking are asked to contact the group organizer for more information.
*VOUCHERS CAN BE USED UNTIL 12/30/2021.

COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

To meet the new requirements dictated by the emergence of COVID-19, we have introduced to the normal cleaning program a new standard of room sanitation to ensure greater safety for our clients. The new program involves the use of hospital-grade cleaning and disinfection products and the application of meticulous protocols, which include:

BREAKFAST

Momentarily, breakfast will be held in the room where the guest will be made to choose from a range of items upon check-in.

ACCESS TO THE STRUCTURE

In this facility it is required to keep the safety distances of at least one meter from another according to the guidelines of COVID-19 management.

CHECK-OUT

To avoid gatherings and additional contact between staff and customer, we have introduced the possibility of remote payment before arrival at the facility or directly upon arrival.
